Treasurer and Projects Team Leader … Stephen Phillips
After graduation from University Stephen pursued a career in technical project sales before becoming a qualified accountant and moving onto commercial sales and project management. He has lived in Airton since 2014 and has a keen interest in the implementation of green energy based projects
Secretary, Fundraising and Legal … Paul Rodgers
Paul relocated to Gargrave from Cambridgeshire in 2013. He has been active in community initiatives for many years and is keen to make use of his experience to promote Renewable Energy in the local area.

Peter Cummings – Accounting
Peter, having retired from an accounting career mainly in secondary school management, now works as a translator. His experience has given him skills in business management, finance, and project control – all of which are of value to CEGAM, an organisation which enables him to make a personal contribution to tackling the environmental problems that face us all.
Debbie Fletcher – Publicity
Debbie recently retired from a long career in Further Education, both as a lecturer and as a senior manager. Extensive experience in curriculum design as well as resource management. Very interested in how we can generate more sustainable energy locally.
Sarah Wiltshire … representing BEST and WeCAN
Sarah has worked on various community initiatives as a former Manager for the Citizens Advice Bureaux Service and Shelter. Having lived near Austwick since 2009, Sarah takes a keen interest in local green issues; and as part of that now being involved in resourcing our local communities to meet the challenges of climate change
Jerry Ford – Client liaison
Jerry retired from the “Halifax”after working there in a variety of roles over a period of 33 years. He has lived in Gargrave since 1999 and is concerned about the slow response to climate change and particularly about the continued obsession with fossil fuels.

A first career in architecture prompted John to apply design thinking to help organisations develop strategic dynamism and cultural change. Founder of High Trenhouse Centre for Management Creativity at Malham, his challenge, empathy and support lift the aspirations of individuals and teams. His interest is in bringing whole-system thinking to bear in human affairs.
